Theater crown made of gilded metal, 1880s. Origin: France. Decorated with white glass beads and red (glass) stones. Green felt cover. Interior lined with glazed yellow cotton fabric. Attached "prongs" on the sides, two of which are missing. Replaced - mainly red - stones. Signs of age and use. Very decorative and rare. Size variably adjustable.
