1920-1929 Antique Shoes

In the 1920s, women’s shoes stepped into the spotlight as hemlines rose and fashion embraced freedom and flair. The iconic T-strap and Mary Jane pumps, often with modest heels and decorative buckles, became favorites for dancing and daily wear. Evening shoes shimmered in satin, velvet, or metallic leather, adorned with rhinestones or Art Deco motifs. Two-tone Oxfords and canvas sneakers added sporty charm, while cutouts and bold colors reflected the playful spirit of the Jazz Age. Footwear was no longer hidden - it was a statement of modern style and movement.
