Haut Couture evening dress, ca. 1924, origin: England. The antique dress is made of black chiffon and richly embroidered in the sleeve, bust, skirt and waist areas. The waist area in particular is a real eye-catcher. Wide, all-round belt with a large “belt buckle”. This is embroidered from polished black stones. (Sun) ray-shaped embroidery in the chest area. A cotton undergarment was worn under this overdress. In very good to excellent condition. Two small flaws. The decoration is not included.
