This refined black velvet jacket, dating to around 1928 and originating from England, is a beautifully preserved example of late‑1920s outerwear. The silhouette is defined by pleated shoulders and long sleeves, giving the piece a subtle sculptural presence typical of transitional fashion at the end of the flapper era.
