Sku:

Edwardian fashion, originating from the renowned Collection of Doris Raymond. Crafted from brown and green striped velvet, the fabric lends the ensemble a subtle richness and visual depth, while the tightly cut skirt introduces a touch of austere sophistication typical of pre-WWI tailoring.

The long jacket, buttoned at the side, features wide cuffs in contrasting colours and a small stand-up collar, adding structure and flair. Decorative accents at the crotch and a back closure with hooks and eyes complete the silhouette. The skirt, approx. 105 cm in length, falls in a clean line, balancing the tailored jacket and emphasizing the vertical elegance of the ensemble.

The dress is very well preserved, with only one small missing part at the collar, a tiny hole, and replaced buttons noted. Please note: umbrella, brooch, and breast insert shown in some images are not included.

Measurements:
Bust: approx. 84 cm
Waist: approx. 76 cm
Jacket Length: approx. 75 cm
Skirt Length: approx. 105 cm
Total Length: approx. 150 cm

This rare 1912 velvet walking suit is ideal for collectors of Edwardian fashion, antique outerwear, or museum-quality garments, offering a glimpse into the transitional elegance between Belle Époque and early modern style.
