These fancy ladies’ pumps, dating to circa 1910, are a stunning example of Edwardian evening footwear, crafted from rich burgundy or plum silk interwoven with metallic threads that shimmer subtly with movement. The shoes feature pointed toes, French heels, and are lined with soft kid leather, combining elegance with comfort.

Stamped in gold with the maker’s mark: Jones, Petterson & Newhall Co.—a respected Boston shoemaker of the early 20th century—these pumps reflect the refined taste and quality associated with American luxury fashion of the period. Marked size 7B, they measure approx. 10.5" in length and 3" wide at the toes.

In very good antique condition, the shoes show minor tarnish to the metallic threads and gentle wrinkling at the edges, consistent with age and careful storage. Please note: decorative items shown in some images are not included.

This rare pair of Edwardian silk and metallic thread pumps is ideal for collectors of antique shoes, early 20th-century fashion, or museum-quality accessories, offering a graceful glimpse into the gilded elegance and craftsmanship of pre-war American design.
