Pair of Ladies 19th Century Heeled Slippers in Black Glacé Kid, 1855-1865, possibly by Mayer Paris. Cutwork detail to the toes through which pink coloured silk is visible, outlined with machine embroidery. The heel is ca. 2.5 cm high. Interior part lined in cream leather kid. Very good condition for the age. Pink silk is faded to a salmon colour, rubbing to toes, wear to border, back of heels rubbed, some wear to exterior leather, interior somewhat grubby. The decoration is not included.
