Three sample sheets of the English company W. Pearce & Co. (Northampton) Ltd. show shoes from the late 1920's, with the corresponding leather that the customer could choose to go with the shoes. "Baby Condor", "Baby Pyton" and "Small Coral" can be read on the sample sheets. Two of them can be easily identified: Bird Leather and Reptile Leather. The third - small coral - we think its Galluchat (skate leather). Sample sheets from this time are relatively rare. Therefore this is a unique collection. Well to very well preserved. Discreet signs of age and use.
