A capot hat from Germany that was worn with bustle dresses or even in the 1890s. Modes Pauline Beyer * Chemnitz. Unfortunately, as is so often the case, we have not found out anything about the hat salon or its owner. However, this hat is a successful combination of velvet, chenille, straw and sequins. In very good condition. Subtle signs of age and wear. The decoration is not included.
