Typical hood from the late 19th century. Lined with silk on the inside. This label is printed on the silk in gold letters: Aitken, Son & Co, Broadway, Cor 18th St, New York. The hood is made of black velvet, which is gathered on the front. The edge of the hood is made of cream-colored silk covered with lace. Sequins and steel beads complete the fanciful design. In very good condition. The decoration is not included.
