Antique-Gown

Rare silk wedding corset, coming from an Italian collection. From the 1880s. In one of the inner chest cups: illegible manufacturer's label from Venice. Wide lace border at the top edge. Three silk ribbons are incorporated into this border. Silk bow at the front. Beautiful darts of color coordinated thread. Good to very good condition. Replaced corset cords. Subtle signs of wear and storage. Minor stains. One stain covered by the bow. Defective darts in the area of the last eyelets. Decoration is not included.
